All visitors who wish to attend the trade fair must access the Online Visitor Registration, our dedicated webpage, to complete the registration. Print out the visitor badge* before visiting the fair on your side. With your badge printed out in advance, you can enter the venue smoothly by simply scanning it at the venue entrance.
**A printed visitor badge is required for entry. Only displaying it on your smartphone is unacceptable.
*Visitor badge is output in PDF format, so please install an app that can display it beforehand.
If you have completed the online visitor registration but have not printed out your badge in advance, you may have to wait a long time for your badge printing at the venue. We encourage you to come to the fair with your visitor badge already in your hand, so that you can negotiate and visit booths efficiently at the trade fair.

[1. How to Register]
If you are visiting one of our trade fairs for the first time, please first register for “Account Registration.”
If you have already registered your account, please select to “Online Visitor Registration.”

[2. How to Print Visitor Badge]
After completing “Onlline Visitor Registration,” please print and bring your own visitor badge for entry on the day of the visit.
1) Go to Online Visitor Registration from the link above and log in to your account.
2) Click on "Registered Trade Fair."
3) Select "Registered Trade Fair Menu."
4) Click "Print My Visitor Badge."
5) Display your visitor badge and print it.
*Visitor badge can be printed from a smartphone now.

[3. How to Enter the Venue]
Please show your visitor badge to the staff at the venue entrance. You can enter after scanning the QR code printed on your visitor badge.
**Please wear your visitor badge with the QR code printed side facing outwards.
About creating your account

I do not receive the email for creating my account.
If you do not receive any email from regist@mfjp-visitor-registration.com, there are some possible reasons as below.
<Reason (1)> Spam filter offered by your Internet service provider, etc. misjudged the email as spam and sorted it into spam folder.
<Answer (1)> Check the spam folder or ask your company's network system representative if the email is sorted as spam.
<Reason (2)> The email address you entered in registration was incorrect.
<Answer (2)> If the email is not in the spam folder, it is not delivered to you due to email address error. If so, please notify us.
<Reason (3)> The email address like @icloud.com, @me.com etc.) reject our email due to local policy.
<Answer (3)> We are requesting not to reject our email, but we are not sure at this point when our email will be allowed. Please try to use other email address if possible.
When I try to create new account, the system shows "Invalid access".

My account is locked.
Your account will be locked if you enter a wrong password for a few times.
Your account will be unlocked in an hour. Please wait for one hour and try again.
Please do not log in until you complete creating your account.
"This login ID (email address) has already been registered" is shown.
The email address for login ID is used by others already.
Please use another email address.
I forget my login ID and/or password.
Login ID is the email address you registered.
In case you are aware of your login ID (email address) but do not remember the password, please click "forget password" to reset your password.
I would like to modify my personal and/or company information.
Please login your account and click "Edit my account" for modifying your personal and company information.
We would be appreciated if you update your personal and contact information before you make visitor pre-registration.
I would like to delete my account.
Please login your account and click "Unsubscribe (delete your registration information completely)."
In case you would like to have an account again, you are ought to create a new account again.

What should i do for visiting the fair.
Please complete the visitor pre-registation online.
*The pre-registration is required for all visitors.
Can I register as a group?
1 account is for only 1 visitor.
Each visitor must complete the pre-registation.
How can i display QR code?
- Please visit Messe Frankfurt Japan Visitor Registration and login with your ID and password.
*In case you have not completed visitor pre-registration and/or created your own account, please create your account first and then finish visitor pre-registration.
Messe Frankfurt Japan Visitor Registration - Please select "Display pre-registed trade fair(s)" and click fair logo you would like to get visitor badge.
- Please click "Display QR code for the visitor badge," and you will see QR code.
- Please go to the reception couner and Display the QR code to scan for printing your visitor badge.
- Get your visitor badge and badge holder to enter the halls. ENJOY the fair!
Until when can I make the pre-registration?
You can make the pre-registration until the fair ends.
I would like to get the admission ticket.
There is no ticket for the fair.
