It is reported that "Invalid access" is shown in case you are using "Secret Window" or "Private Browse Mode" while new account is created. Please use normal mode on your  browsers.

If you do not receive any email from regist@mfjp-visitor-registration.com, there are some possible reasons as below.

<Reason (1)> Spam filter offered by your Internet service provider, etc. misjudged the email as spam and sorted it into spam folder.
<Answer (1)> Check the spam folder or ask your company's network system representative if the email is sorted as spam.

<Reason (2)> The email address you entered in registration was incorrect.
<Answer (2)> If the email is not in the spam folder, it is not delivered to you due to email address error. If so, please notify us.

<Reason (3)> The email address like @icloud.com, @me.com etc.) reject our email due to local policy.
<Answer (3)> We are requesting not to reject our email, but we are not sure at this point when our email will be allowed. Please try to use other email address if possible.

In case you cannot find the reasons, please contact support@mfjp-visitor-regist.com.

Your account will be locked if you enter a wrong password for a few times.
Your account will be unlocked in an hour. Please wait for one hour and try again.

Please do not log in until you complete creating your account. 

The email address for login ID is used by others already.
Please use another email address.

Login ID is the email address you registered.
In case you are aware of your login ID (email address) but do not remember the password, please click "forget password" to reset your password.

Please login your account and click "Edit my account" for modifying your personal and company information.
We would be appreciated if you update your personal and contact information before you make visitor pre-registration.

Please login your account and click "Unsubscribe (delete your registration information completely)."
In case you would like to have an account again, you are ought to create a new account again.

*The pre-registration is required for all visitors.

1 account is for only 1 visitor.
Each visitor must complete the pre-registation.

Organiser does not send your visitor badge beforehand.
*Now you can print your visitor badge yourself with PC.
*Please use an A4 paper with scaling 100% for the printing.

  *In case you have not completed visitor pre-registration and/or created your own account,  please create your account first and then finish visitor pre-registration.

• Please select "Display pre-registed trade fair(s)" and click fair logo you would like to get visitor badge.
• Please click "Display QR code for the visitor badge," and you will see QR code.
• Please go to the reception couner and Display the QR code to scan for printing your visitor badge.
• Get your visitor badge and badge holder to enter the halls. ENJOY the fair!

The pre-registration is required for all visitors.

You can make the pre-registration until the fair ends.

There is no ticket for the fair.
Please complete the online visitor pre-registration.

The online “Exhibitor search” will be available about one month before the fair.

There is no admission fee for any seminars at this fair. The first come first served system will be used and it is not necessary to make the reservation in advance.

We highly recommend you to use pablic transportation because parking lots around the venue will be crowded during the fair.

Buying and selling of exhibits is not allowed at Interior Lifestyle Tokyo.

Visitors under the age of 18 or visitors with pets  are NOT admitted.

To enhance dissemination of information via SNS, the organiser allows the exhibitors and visitors to photograph and videotape at the venue.
However, the organiser still has been strengthening its strict regulations on intellectual property rights of exhibits in order to support exhibitors in the fight against product and brand piracy, as well as informing to both exhibitors and visitors that "No Photo" sticker shows the will the exhibitor would not like to be photographed / videotaped.
